Truck tracking, driver management, and vehicle maintenance scheduling

Load creation, assignment, tracking, and status updates
POD Management
Digital proof of delivery documentation and verification
Expense Tracking
Fuel, tolls, maintenance, and operational expense monitoring
Analytics & Reports
Business insights, dashboards, and performance metrics
Document Management
Storage and management of vehicle and driver documents
Important: Truckage Group operates as a technology platform provider only. We do not operate as a transport carrier and do not guarantee delivery timelines, cargo safety, driver performance, or third-party service quality.

Subscription Plans
Certain features and services require paid subscriptions. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are available on our website and may vary based on your requirements.
Payment Terms
- All fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment must be made via approved payment methods
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice to existing subscribers.
Taxes
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

While we implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of your important data.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truckage Group and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions, errors, or delays
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Actions or inactions of third parties
- Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truckage Group, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination by Company
Truckage Group reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
- Your account is inactive for an extended period
- We are required to do so by law
- We decide to discontinue the Service
Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, we may delete your account and data. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination. You should export any important data before terminating your account.
13. Changes to Terms
The Company may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Informal Resolution

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chandigarh, India.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Chandigarh, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
16. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
